I thought I would share my experience. I have a 2 storey house at Myponga Beach which is a very windy area and wanted to enclose my front balcony. I had a few quotes by various companies but no-one was really keen to install blinds for me without big disclaimers regarding strong winds.
Then I spoke to Australian Outdoor Living. They went and measured up the balcony and we came up with a great solution that enables the blinds to be lowered and raised easily from the upper level. The blinds are clear pvc and enclose the area perfectly. We frequently rent the house out to holidayers and there hasnt been any problems with them.
Its been almost a year now since we installed them and we are on the beachfront, the blinds still look like new.
We were so happy with them that we installed bella vista blinds to our back veranda also. The staff were very friendly and when they come to measure and quote we actually had a great time sitting around the back table, designing what would suit the area best.
The product is great.
I jumped on the web to write a review about how happy I am with my experience with Australian Outdoor Living. I would definitely recommend the AOL team. Last Friday I had Australian Outdoor Living out to install the outdoor shade blinds I purchased with them only 2 weeks ago. I am very happy with the speedy turnaround time - we were able to have them up before our son's 21st birthday party this weekend. Even we thought we had left it too late! My husband and I are already seeing the benefits of these blinds and have spent more time under our pergola in the last few days, than we have in the last few months! We are so glad that we went ahead with AOL and are looking forward to telling more people about this fantastic product this weekend.
Australian owned and made products - this is awesome in a time of cheap imported stuff. Great customer service from the office staff, sales reps to installers. highly recommend!
Had australian outdoor living out to install our outdoor shade blinds and we are very happy with the end result. The company was one of the more expensive quotes but I can't complain about my experience with them and would recommend. Very happy.
